RE: PROPERTY BOUNDARY ADJUSTMENT
To whom it may concern,
Using the City of Meridian Property Boundary Adjustment process, we would like to modify Lots 42-53
of the Rockbury North Subdivision, recorded in Book 117 at Pages 17775-17779.
To accommodate the layout of different townhome configurations from what was planned . We would
also like to reduce the number of lots by two and eliminate lots 52&53. We are requesting the City of
Meridian permit us to do a property boundary adjustment creating the four parcels as indicated.
