BASIS OF BEARING
The Basis of Bearings for this survey was established by GPS observations, projected to the Idaho state
plane coordinate system, NAD 83 datum, West Zone. All bearings shown are on grid azimuth and all
distances shown are at ground. Refer to the drawing for the specific line and monuments used.
NARRATIVE
The purpose of this survey is to adjust the lot lines to accommodate for a different Townhome
configuration than what was platted. The lines between Lots 42 thru 53 were changed. The total
number of lots were reduced by 2.
New monuments were set, and the old monuments were removed.
NOTES
1. The recording of this Record of Survey does not enable the owners of the parcels to convey
ownership based solely on this map. A written conveyance must accompany such change in
ownership. This Record of Survey does not serve as a legal description for the property shown on
this map.
2. Fox Land Surveys, assumes no liability for current or future compliance with applicable planning
and zoning ordinances and/or restrictions.
3. Lots 52 and 53 on the original plat no longer exists.
4. Side lot easements to be vacated through a vacation process.
5. Dimensions are between current monuments only. Removed monuments are shown for reference
only.
6. This survey was tentatively approved by City of Meridian PBA-2021-0005 on July 1, 2021. In accord
with UDC 11-66-8C.2 deeds must be recorded and new tax parcel numbers assigned within one
year.
