Rockbury 88, LLC, GRANTEE, whose current address is 2903 Life Way, Caldwell, ID 83605, the following
described real property in Ada County, Idaho, to wit:
as described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises, unto the said grantees, heirs and assigns forever.

North Subdivision, Recorded in Book 117, Pages 17775-17779, situated in the Southeast 114 of the
Southwest 114 of Section 22, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian, Ada County, Idaho,
more particularly described as follows.
COMMENCING at the Southwest corner of Lot 54, Block 1 of Rockbury North Subdivision monumented
by a found 5/8-inch rebar with cap stamped "PLS 8575", thence South 89°25'45" East, 19.73 feet to the
Southeast corner of Parcel 54 monumented by a found 5/8-inch rebar with cap stamped "PLS 8575";
