Rockbury 88, LLC, GRANTOR, does hereby convey, release, remise and forever quitclaim unto
Rockbury 88, LLC, GRANTEE, whose current address is 2903 Life Way, Caldwell, ID 83605, the following
described real property in Ada County, Idaho, to wit:
as described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises, unto the said grantees, heirs and assigns forever.

of the Southwest 114 of Section 22, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian, Ada County,
Idaho, more particularly described as follows.
COMMENCING at the Southwest corner of Lot 54, Block 1 of Rockbury North Subdivision monumented
by a found 5/8-inch rebar with cap stamped "PLS 8575", thence South 89°25'45" East, 19.73 feet to the
Southeast corner of Parcel 54 monumented by a found 5/8-inch rebar with cap stamped "PLS 8575";
thence South 89'25'45" East, 154.16 feet to a set 5/8-inch rebar with cap stamped "PLS 8575"the and
the POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence North 00°34'15" East, 92.73 feet to a set copper cap stamped "PLS 8575";
