A parcel of land being a portion of Lot 3, Block 1 of Medina Subdivision, as same is shown on the Plat
thereof, recorded in Book 100 of Plats at Page 12948 of Ada County Records, being situate in the
Northeast Quarter of Section 24, Township 3 North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian, City of Meridian, Ada
County, Idaho, being more particularly described as follow:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot 3, Block 1 of said Medina Subdivision, said point being the
POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence North 00°37’06” East, a distance of 54.08 feet on the west line of said Lot 3;
Thence North 90°00’00” East, a distance of 182.55 feet;
Thence North 00°00’00” East, a distance of 146.86 feet to a point on the north line of said Lot 3;
Thence on the north, east and south line of said Lot 3 for the following courses and distances:
Thence North 90°00’00” East, a distance of 53.84 feet;
Thence South 00°01’07” East, a distance of 200.94 feet to a point on the south line of said Lot 3;
Thence South 90°00’00” West, a distance of 237.04 feet on the south line of said Lot 3 to the
POINT OF BEGINNING.
The above described parcel contains 20,712 square feet (0.48 acres) more or less.
