A parcel of land being Lot 2 and a portion of Lot 3, Block 1 of Medina Subdivision, as same is shown on
the Plat thereof, recorded in Book 100 of Plats at Page 12948 of Ada County Records, being situate in
the Northeast Quarter of Section 24, Township 3 North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian, City of Meridian,
Ada County, Idaho, being more particularly described as follow:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot 2, Block 1 of said Medina Subdivision, said point being the
POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence on the northerly and easterly boundary of said Lot 2, Block 1 for the following courses and
distances:
Thence South 88°43’38” East, a distance of 180.99 feet;
Thence South 89°47’20” East, a distance of 19.19 feet;
Thence South 00°12’44” West, a distance of 68.04 feet;
Thence North 90°00’00” West, a distance of 21.67 feet;
Thence South 00°00’00” East, a distance of 182.56 feet;
Thence South 00°00’00” West, a distance of 146.86 feet;
Thence South 90°00’00” West, a distance of 182.55 feet to a point on the west line of said Lot 3;
Thence North 00°37’06” East, a distance of 401.57 feet on the west line of said Lot 3 and Lot 2 to
the POINT OF BEGINNING.
The above described parcel contains 73,566 square feet (1.69 acres) more or less.
