Record of Survey – Property Boundary Adjustment | PN 121098
Dear Planning Staff:
We are pleased to submit the enclosed Property Boundary Adjustment Application for 1653 and 1761 S
Meridian Rd, parcels R5652350020 and R5652350030, within the jurisdiction of the City of Meridian. The
properties are generally located on the south side of W. Overland Rd and west of S. Meridian Rd.
The parcels are part of Medina Subdivision, recorded in 2008. Previous surveys were done prior to Medina
Subdivision platting.
This Property Boundary Adjustment will adjust the existing parcel line separating the two parcels
R5652350020 and R5652350030. The purpose of the Property Boundary Adjustment is to support future
development.
