Dear Planning Staff:
On behalf of Advanced Sign, B&A is requesting to consolidate four lots: Lot 1 and Lot 2 of
Block 3 of Olson and Bush Subdivision No. 2 and Lot 9 and Lot 10 of Block 3 of Olson and
Bush Subdivision No. 3. The owner of Advanced Sign, Spencer Hill, has purchased all four
properties and is constructing a new building as conditionally approved in CZC A-2021-
0055. You will note that the record of survey includes a landscape easement that effectively
cuts the combined ownership in half. B&A submitted an application to vacate the landscape
easement on August 23, 2021 (H-2021-0060).
