As long as this is a domestic water easement not a pressure irrigation easement (there is both
in this area) Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District has no comment. However if this is a
pressure irrigation easement this easement must be protected and not vacated.
ALL WORK WITHIN NAMPA & MERIDIAN IRRIGATION DISTRICT
FACILITIES MUST BE COMPLETED BY MARCH 15, 2007.
