BY THE CITY COUNCIL: BIRD, BORTON, ROUNTREE, ZAREMBA
A RESOLUTION VACATING THE WATER SERVICE LINE AND
METER EASEMENT LOCATED ON LOT 15, BLOCK 1, BONITO
SUBDIVISION NO. 3, LOCATED IN THE EAST!/2 OF SECTION 20,
TOWNSHIP 3 NORTH, RANGE 1 EAST, CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY,
STATE OF IDAHO; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, on March 13, 2007 the City Council of the City of Meridian, held a
hearing on the vacation of the water service line and meter easement located on Lot 15,
Block 1, Bonito Subdivision No. 3, located in the East ''/2 of Section 20, Township 3
North, Range 1 East, City of Meridian, Ada County, State of Idaho, and
WHEREAS, after such hearing, the City Council, by formal motion, did approve
said described vacation; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, IDAHO:
Section 1. That the of the water service line and meter easement located on Lot
15, Block 1, Bonito Subdivision No. 3, located in the East %2 of Section 20, Township 3
North, Range 1 East, City of Meridian, Ada County, State of Idaho, is hereby vacated.
Copies of the necessary relinquishments are attached as Exhibit "A".
Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon
its adoption and approval.
