Paramount Eyecare
Project Narrative
The proposed building at 4642 N Penngrove Way will be a commercial office building for
Paramount Eyecare, a local optometrist. The building is owned and operated by Paramount
Eyecare. The building will be all new construction - 3,316 square foot single-story structure.
The exterior will be grey stucco with dark colored stone accents, dark roof & trim, a hipped roof
over the entry piece, and dark trimmed architectural windows & fascia. The size and scale of the
building are similar to the other nearby commercial buildings. The front elevation features a
large stone wall in the center for the common entrance into the building.
Complementary landscaping will accent the building, parking stalls and sidewalks. There will be
sidewalks at the front & back of the building, and adjacent to the parking for pedestrian access.
Along the sides of the building and in parking islands native trees and plants will be planted.
