Attached is the TIS for Brighton's Quartet South development at Ustick/Black Cat for your review.The file size 7 MB, so I
thought it would be fine to email it. But please respond that you received this TIS since it is still a pretty large file. Also,
please get back to me if either ACHD or ITD need a hard copy of the TIS.
Paige—if you could email me the ACHD number for the project when you have a chance, I will go online and pay the
review fee.
