After more discussion with the owners they have agreed to move the trash enclosure for the Market West BLDG to the
west parking island.
Attached is the Orchard Park Market Building site plan showing location of the 18’W x 14’D x 6’H trash enclosure with a
50’ approach for your review and approval. I have also included a typical detail sheet showing the enclosure
construction with cane bolts hold opens and 120° gate openings.

Hi Bill,
Thanks again for meeting with me yesterday on the Orchard Park development. I have passed along the notes we
discussed to the developers for the placement of the remainder of the trash enclosures for the future development.
In the meantime, attached is the revised trash enclosure for the Market West Building. I have revised it to be a 12’x18’
enclosure. As we discussed, this will be a multi-tenant food hall that I am submitting to the City of Meridian for Design
Review and Certificate of Zoning Compliance. Part of their submittal requirements is approval from Republic services of
the location of the trash enclosure.
