I am writing as a follow-up to our telephone conversation today regarding the above -ref
matter. After researching this matter, I have learned that the Ten Mile, Franklin/Cherr Lane above -referenced
no longer budgeted for construction this year. The Project has been delayed indefinitely constraints and escalating costs. The Project is now estimated to cost overy Project t
