The project is located in the Shelburne East Subdivision, off of Cloverdale road
near the Amity road intersection in Meridian. The subdivision has various architectural
elements that will remain cohesive with the new Shelburne shade structure. The
subdivision has a variety of home builders that are creating a cohesive living
environment for the residents in the newly developing neighborhood.
The shade structure will be located on a common lot for all residents to enjoy.
The shade structure is constructed from wood and metal standing seam roof. The
structure is 572 square feet allowing for plenty of space for various uses.
The common lot will have the standard neighborhood landscaping such as
grass, trees, shrubs and seasonal plants. The Landscaping will remain consistent
throughout the neighborhood and have a variety of plants and vegetation.
