Commencing at a brass cap monument marking the NE comer of said Section, thence along the East line of said Section
S00'23'40"E a distance of 2548.84 feet to a point on the centerline of E. Gentry Way and from which a brass cap
monument marking the SE comer of the NE1/4 of said Section bears S00123'40"E a distance of 104.08 feet, thence
