An Amended Ordinance of the City of Meridian granting annexation and zoning
for land being a portion of the West 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 12, Township 3
North, Range t West, Boise Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, more particularly described in
Attachment "A". This parcel contains 32.75 acres more or less. Also, this parcel is
SUBJECT TO all easements and rights -of -way of record or implied. As surveyed in
attached exhibit "B" and is not based on an actual field survey. A fill text of this
ordinance is available for inspection at City Hall, City of Meridian, 33 East Idaho
Avenue, Meridian, Idaho. This ordinance shall become effective on the y,0,,,

The undersigned, William L.M. Nary, City Attorney of the City of Meridian,
