Gilbert Thorsen Thorsen and Gentry arrived together and left together, and in general, said the same things. Gary Farnsworth Not'a property owner in this geographic area. Gary owns a neighboring business and came to see what was being discussed. Spoke with everyone present and in general is in favor of the zoning change and the proposed scooter business being located there. John Wasson Was concerned about "test ride" noise in the rear of the center and noise late at night. It was explained that test rides were to be conducted in the front parking area or on the highway if the rider is licensed. Operating hours are 10:00am-6:00pm and closed Sundays -should be very compatible with the neighborhood. Wasson has opposed everything this center has tried to do, including when it was originally built; I expect him to continue to do so. COMMITMENT OF PROPERTY POSTING Per Unified Development Code (UDC) 11-5A-5D, the applicant for all applications requiring a public hearing (except for a UDC text amendment, a Comprehensive flan text amendment and/or vacations) shall post the subject .property .not less than ten (10) days prior to the hearing.
