NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the
Laws of the State of Idaho, that the Meridian City Council of the City of Meridian will hold a
public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Idaho Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of
7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 14, 2007, for the purpose of reviewing and considering the
application PP 07-0-11 of Ustick Marketplace, LLC for a Preliminary Plat for 18 commercial
building lots on 18.5 acres in a C-G zone for Paramount Commercial Southwest;
Furthermore, the applicant requests the application MI 07-007 for a Miscellaneous
application to Modify the Development Agreement to remove the Conditional Use Permit
requirement for all commercial development in the C-G zone and instead require design review
approval of all commercial development in the C-G zone for Paramount Commercial
Southwest generally located NEC of N. Linder Road and W. McMillan Road.
A more particular description of the above property is on file in the Planning Department,
660 E. Watertower Lane Suite 202, and is available for inspection during regular business
hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You may contact the Planning
Department at (208) 884-5533 during regular business hours. A copy of the application is
available to review upon request.
Any and all interested persons shall be heard at said public hearing, and the public is
welcome and invited to submit testimony. Oral testimony may be limited to three (3) minutes
per person. Written materials should be submitted to the City Clerk's Office at 33 E. Idaho
Avenue, Meridian, Idaho 83642, (208) 888-4433 or fax (208) 888-4218 no later than seven 7
days prior to the above hearing date so that all interested parties may examine them prior to the
hearing. All materials presented at public meetings shall become property of the City
of
