We would like to amend the approved plat and landscape plan for Silver1eaf #1 and #2, to refted the
following changes. Please refer to the highlighted landscape plans attached with this application.
1) Yellow highlights...FP-1JFP-2...Lots 2-20. Block 3 and Lots 1 & 8, Block 6...we are
requesting to change the approved plat to rafted a solid four foot instead of five foot solid. This
change will allow the residence of these areas to view the proposed park (Lochsa Falls
Development) and common areas.
2) Orange highlights...FP-1JFP-2...Lots 2 & 3, Block 1, Lot 1, Block 3 and Lots 1-6, Block
9...we are requesting to change the approved plat to refled a solid six foot fence, instead of
five foot solid.
3) Pink highlights...FP-1/FP-2...Lots 6-9, Block 1, Lots 1-11, Block 4...we are requesting to
change fencing to reflect six foot Cedar instead of five foot solid (vinyl)
4) Blue highlights...FP-1/FP-2...Lots 9 and 21, Block 3, Lot 11, Block 4, Lots 2-7, Block 6
and Lot 7, Block 8... we are requesting to change the approved plat to refled four foot solid
fencing, instead of the four foot open (iron)
5) Green highlights...FP-1/FP-2...Lot 21, Block 3, Lot 11. Block 4, Lots 8-13, Block 6 and
Lots 1-14, Block 7...we are requesting to change the approved plat to refled no design
required due to the existing fencing placed by the Lochsa Falls Development prior to our
construdion.
6) FP-1 shows a ten foot gravel edge along the frontage of subdivision and N. Ten mile Rd. With
the placement of the transition lane in and out of SiIver1eaf we would like this area to show
standard drainage area within the landscaping and sidewalk area.
