APPLICATION SUMMARY The Applicant, C17, LLC, requests approval of a modification to the landscape plan approved by City Council with the final plat for this project (H-2018-0129). The proposed changes consist of additional plantings/trees within the street buffers on the south side of Lyra St., west side of the Lyra/Solaris intersection, along S. Meridian Rd. and the S. Meridian Rd. side of the regional pathway; revisions to the plantings in the buffer on the north side of Norwich St. to include a monument sign; and removal of the monument sign from the corner of S. Meridian Rd. and W. Harris St. and simplified plantings. II. SUMMARY RECOMMENDATION Staff recommends approval of the requested modifications to the final plat landscape plan in accord with the condition of approval in Exhibit D. III. STAFF ANALYSIS Staff has reviewed the proposed modified landscape plan for compliance with applicable UDC standards pertaining to street buffer and pathway landscaping and found it to be in compliance with those standards.
