Landscape Plan Modification
Dear Mr. Hood:
Please accept our request for a Landscape Plan Modification for the Stapleton Phase 1
construction plans,
The following items were revised between the 11.27.2019 landscape plan and the current
1.24.2020 landscape plan.
• Added additional plantings to the landscape areas on the south side of Lyra Street.
• Added additional plantings to the west side of the Lyra/Solaris intersection.
• Revised the plantings in the butter on the north side of Norwich Street to include a
monument sign.
• Added lawn and trees to the S. Meridian Road side of the 10' regional pathway
• Added additional trees to the S. Meridian Road landscape buffer.
• Removed monument sign from corner of S. Meridian Road and W. Harris Street.
Simplified Plantings.
This landscape plan update is in conformance with the projects original conditions of approval
H-2018-0129 AZ PP VAR dates May 21, 2019.

together with all appurtenances related thereto, including all easement rights, mineral rights,

("Property"), subject to current taxes and other assessments, reservations in patents and all
easements, rights -of --way, encumbrances, covenants, conditions, and restrictions as may appear
on record. The Grantor hereby binds itself to warrant and defend the title as against all acts of the

AUTOMATICALLY EXPIRING COVENANT
The Property is being transferred subject to the following covenant which shall run with the land:
Anyone transferring all or a portion of the property described herein, prior to
transferring such property, shall disclose to the transferee that the undeveloped
