Project/Application Name:Obsidian Strategic Solutions, LLC.
Description of Work:
Obsidian Strategic provides security and rescue services all over the world. We have been registered since
2017, but this is the first time we have expanded to a different industry. At this time it makes more financial
sense to keep the business registered at home, instead of paying for a building. Currently I am the only
employee of the business (CEO/Owner). We are also a registered FFL/SOT with the ATF. We do not deal
firearms from the house, it is for a different aspect of the business such as demonstrations and training.
Sometimes we sell firearms, but it is purely online. I personally will be painting and customizing a small
amount of firearms as well.
I do not have customers come to my house, nor do I advertise my location. There is no signage, advertising,
or anything of the sort in regards to the address. I communicate with our customers online and over the
phone. Then I travel for work. Overall it is my home, and I do not have my address listed, and I would not
allow customers to come to my home business.
