Subject: Micron Crucial Exterior Modifications Application Narrative
This is the 3rd phase on this overall project. The first phase was the tenant improvements and
change of use Certificate of Zoning Compliance. The second phase was the Exterior Building
Modifications that was sent in for administrative review. This V phase includes the expansion of
the facility parking lot on the south side of the facility. The parking lot expansion includes additional
islands, landscaping, storm drainage, grading, bike racks, additional ADA parking, and pole
mounted lighting. The overall project was split up into these phases to meet construction
scheduling requirements.
The first phase certificate of zoning compliance change of use was approved, and the second
phase is currently in review.
Because this is an existing building there were a few items on the checklist that we thought
warranted an explanation. See list of items and explanation below:

Hello Bob,
I am helping with the preparation of Certificate of Zoning Compliance for Micron Crucial Exterior
Modification Project. One of the requested Document is a Stamped site plan from Republic Services
approving the details and location of the trash enclosure and access drive. In this project Trash
enclosure are existing and no modification will be applied on them.
Attached is the Site plane showing the location of the existing trash and the access routes
you could approve and stamp the drawing.
Please let me know if any further information is needed.
