SubJaot: Micron Crucial Extarlor Modifications Application Narrative
This is the 3^' phase on this overall project. The first phase was the tenant im provaments and
change of use Certificate of Zoning Compliance. The second phase was the Extarlor Building
Modifications that was sent in for administrative review. This 3'3 phase Includes the expansion of
the facility parking lot on the south side of the facility. The parking lot expansion Includes adtlitional
islands, landscaping, storm drainage, grading, bike racks, atltlitional ADA parking, and pole
mounted lighting. Tha overall project was split up into these phases to meet construction
scheduling requirements.
Tha first phase certificate of zoning compliance change of use was approved, and the second
phase is currently In review.
Because this Is an existing building there were a few items on the checklist that we though[
