GRADE SHALL SLOPE AWAY FROM CURB AT 1-2% WITH POSITIVE
DRAINAGE INTO THE PARKING LOT.
12. RETAIN & PROTECT EXISTING RETAINING WALL.
13. SEE ARCHITECTURAL PLANS FOR SHELTER REQUIREMENTS.
14. FLOW LINE IN PLANTER - GRADE TO PROVIDE POSITIVE DRAINAGE
AS SHOWN.
15. REMOVE EXISTING STORM DRAIN MONITORING WELL AND REPLACE
WITH NEW MONITORING WELL FRAME AND COVER. ADJUST NEW
MONITORING WELL FRAME AND COVER TO MATCH NEW FINISHED
GRADE AND SLOPE.
1. ALL PATIO AREAS ROUTES SHALL COMPLY WITH ADA STANDARDS.
THE SLOPE OF PATIOS SHALL NOT BE GREATER THAN 2.0% IN ANY
DIRECTION - NO TOLERANCE IS ALLOWED ABOVE THE MAXIMUM
SLOPE. NON-COMPLYING WORK SHALL BE REMOVED AND
REPLACED AT CONTRACTOR'S EXPENSE.
2. SAWCUT EDGES AT PAVEMENT MATCH LOCATIONS SHALL BE
SHARP, CLEAN, UNDAMAGED EDGES. DAMAGED ASPHALT
PAVEMENT EDGES SHALL BE RE-SAWCUT PARALLEL TO THE
SAWCUT LINES SHOWN WITHOUT JOGS OR NEW ANGLE POINTS. NO
SEPARATE PAYMENT SHALL BE MADE FOR ADDITIONAL SAWCUT OR
PAVEMENT REPAIR.
3. ALL DEMOLITION REQUIRED TO CONSTRUCT THE PROPOSED
IMPROVEMENTS IS INCIDENTAL TO THE WORK.
10. ALL SURFACE RESTORATION INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO
ASPHALT PAVEMENT, CONCRETE PAVEMENT, SIDEWALK, CURB AND
GUTTER, LANDSCAPING, AND IRRIGATION ARE INCIDENTAL TO THE
WORK. CONTRACTOR SHALL ASSESS JOB CONDITIONS, AND SCOPE
OF WORK, AND INCLUDE ALL SURFACE RESTORATION AS REQUIRED
TO COMPLETE THE WORK IN THE BID - NO SEPARATE PAYMENT
SHALL BE MADE.
Notes
These plans and/or specifications have been reviewed for
compliance with Meridian City Standards and Specifications.
This review does not relieve the owner, engineer, or contractor
of the responsibility to design and/or construct these facilities
in compliance with all current applicable federal, state and local laws,
rules, regulations, ordinances, development agreements,
specifications, orders or approvals, all of which the City retains the
right to enforce. inconsistencies not noted by City staff shall not be
construed as approved unless specifically addressed
in writing by the City. Any proposed revision to these plans must be
submitted for review and compliance with the Meridian City
Standards and Specifications before said revision is constructed.
