How do the proposed elevations comply with the following standards in the Architectural Standards
Manual?
Modulation
occurs more than 50’ on south elevation
north &
east elevations
What
material is FC-1 and FC-2? metal with stucco finish? (5.1I)
If the proposed building design does not comply with any of these design standards, revisions should
be made to comply; or, an exception to the standard may be requested as set forth in the ASM.
Please submit architectural elevations in addition to the schematic elevations already submitted.
