Caleb Hood, Planning Division Manager Community Development Services Meridian City Hall RE: Hill's Century Farm Commercial Subdivision Preliminary Plat Time Extension Dear Mr. Hood: The Meridian City Council approved the Hill's Century Farm Commercial Subdivision preliminary plat on October 4, 2016 (PP MDA H-2016-0092). The first final plat —Hill's Century Farm Commercial Subdivision No. 1 (FP H-2017-0051)—was signed by the City Engineer on August 29, 2018 and recorded on October 4, 2018. However, a portion of the approved preliminary plat remains "unplatted " as depicted below. Therefore, on behalf of Martin L. Hill, property owner, and Brighton Development, project developer, I request a two-year time extension for submittal and approval of the final plat for Hill's Century Farm Commercial Subdivision No. 2.
