My proposed narrative for use is as follows:
1. Number of customers at any one time: One person.
2. Indicate if you will have an employee: None
3. Square footage of the area being used for the occupation: 103.6 sq.,ft.
4. Number of parking stalls: My current driveway will accommodate only one extra space.
5. Hours of operation: 9:00a.m. till 4:00p.m.
6. Type of use proposed: A Beauty Salon for my personal occupation.
