Broadway Ave., Suite 210 Meridian, Idaho 83642 DATE: July 13, 2020 RE: Creason Creek Subdivision No 2 – H-2018-0037 – Landscape Plan Modification On behalf of CS2, LLC, we are submitting this Landscape Plan Modification Application for Creason Creek Subdivision No 2. The site is 3.78 acres in size and located at the southeast corner of W. Ustick Road and N. Linder Road, Meridian, Idaho. We are requesting that the landscape plan for Creason Creek #3 be incorporated into the approved landscape plan for Creason Creek #2. Although not required, we feel it should be completed with Phase 2 of the project. Statements of Conformance: The incorporation of the phase 3 landscaping is in conformance with approved landscape plan and Creason Creek #2 approvals.
