Re: Request for Extension of time
On behalf of Jayo Land Development Company, Inc., I would like to request an Extension of Time for the
completion and recording of preliminary plat H-2018-0018. The plat was originally approved on September 4, 2018
and has an expiration date of September 4, 2020. We are in the process of routing the final plat through the
agencies that are required to sign the plat, however, due to high workloads the process is taking longer than
anticipated. We are requesting a six month extension of time to get the plat signed off and recorded.
