In response to your request for zoning verification for parcel number R7909850396, please note
the following:
• This property is located within the corporate boundaries of the City of Meridian and is
currently zoned C-G (general retail and service commercial district).
• The abutting zoning designations for the address listed above are C-G to the north, south,
west, and R-15 (medium high-density residential district) and R-8 (medium-density
residential district) to the east.
• The subject parcel is currently undeveloped. Previous approvals related to the subject site
include:
• File: AZ-03-016 – In 2003, annexation of 80.51 acres for the proposed Silverstone
Campus Subdivision was approved and Development Agreement #103184140 was
recorded.
• File: PP-03-018 – Preliminary Plat approval for Silverstone Campus Subdivision for
48 commercial buildable lots and 6 other lots was approved in 2003.
• File: CUP-03-044 – Conditional Use Permit for a planned development in the proposed
C-G zoning district for the Silverstone Business Campus was approved in 2003.
• File: VAR-03-016 – Variance for the block length in the Silverstone Business Campus
Subdivision was approved in 2003.
• File: FP-04-016 – Final Plat approval of 35 commercial building lots and 4 common
lots on 80.51 acres of land in the C-G zoning district for the Silverstone Campus
Subdivision.
• The site was approved as a Planned Unit Development (CUP-03-044).

• To the best of my knowledge the site is not in any special, restrictive, or overlay district.
• To the best of my knowledge the site does not have any zoning code violations.
• Documents regarding the subject property are available through a records request at the
Meridian City Clerk’s Office.
Staff’s failure to cite specific provisions of the Unified Development Code, or existing
conditions of approval associated with the subject property, does not relieve the Applicant of
responsibility for compliance.
