A parcel of land being a portion of Lot 1, Block 58 of Paramount Subdivision No. 22, located in the
Northeast Quarter of Section 25, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian, Meridian, Ada
County, Idaho, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northerly lot corner common to Lots 4 and 5, Block 58 of Paramount Subdivision
No. 22, as same is shown on the Plat thereof Recorded in Book 105 of Plats at Page 14312 of Ada County
Records;
Thence South 14°07’29” West, a distance of 119.35 feet on the lot line common to Lots 4 and 5, of said
Block 58 to the southerly lot corner common to said lots 4 and 5, said point being the POINT OF
BEGINNING;
Thence South 43°03’47” East, a distance of 47.70 feet on the lot line common to Lots 1 and 4 of
said Block 58;
Thence South 21°43’26” East, a distance of 47.70 feet on the lot line common to Lots 1 and 3 of
said Block 58;
Thence South 00°02’30” East, a distance of 59.39 feet on the lot line common to Lots 1 and 2 of
said Block 58 to the southerly lot corner common to said Lots 1 and 2;
Thence North 44°11’01” West, a distance of 154.41 feet on the southerly lot line of said Lot 1;
Thence North 64°07’14” East, a distance of 63.74 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
The above described parcel contains 0.15 acres more or less.
