Record of Survey – Property Boundary Adjustment | PN 113091
Dear Planning Staff,
We are pleased to submit the enclosed Property Boundary Adjustment Application for W Broderick Dr.
and N. Channing Wy., parcels R6905380380 and R6905380420, within the jurisdiction of the City of
Meridian. The properties are generally located on the south side of W Broderick Road and east side of N
Channing Way.
The Property Boundary Adjustment will adjust
the existing parcel line that divides the two
parcels – R6905380380, Lot 1 (Common Lot
owned by Paramount Owners Association) and
parcel R6905380420, Lot 5 (Private Owner) in
Paramount Subdivision. The purpose of the
Property Boundary Adjustment is to adjust the
property line to match the existing line of
occupation. The Fence between Lot 1 and Lot
5 was built incorrectly so this will adjust the
lines to match.
