A parcel of land being Lot 5 and a portion of Lot 1, Block 58 of Paramount Subdivision No. 22, located
in the Northeast Quarter of Section 25, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian, Meridian,
Ada County, Idaho, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northerly lot corner common to Lots 4 and 5, Block 58 of Paramount Subdivision
No. 22, as same is shown on the Plat thereof Recorded in Book 105 of Plats at Page 14312 of Ada
County Records, said point being the POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence South 14°07'29" West, a distance of 119.35 feet on the lot line common to Lots 4 and
5, of said Block 58 to the southerly lot corner common to said lots 4 and 5;
Thence South 64"07'14" West, a distance of 63.74 feet to a point of curve on the southerly

Thence 71.05 feet on the arc of a curve to the right, with a radius of 91.00 feet, a central
