DESCRIPTION
A parcel of land being a portion of Lot 1, Block 58 of Paramount Subdivision No. 22, located in
the Northeast Quarter of Section 25, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian,
Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northerly lot corner common to Lots 4 and 5, Block 58 of Paramount Subdivision
No. 22, as same is shown on the Plat thereof Recorded in Book 105 of Plats at Page 14312 of Ada
County Records;
Thence South 14"07'29" West, a distance of 119.35 feet on the lot line common to Lots 4 and 5, of
said Block 58 to the lot corner common to Lots 4, 5 and 1 of said Block 58, said point being the POINT
OF BEGINNING;
Thence South 64007'14" West, a distance of 63.74 feet to a point of curve on the southerly
lot line of Lot 1 of said Block 58;
Thence 34.50 feet on the arc of a curve to the right, with a radius of 91.00 feet, a central angle
of 21043'18", and whose long chord bears North 33°19'22" West, 34.29 feet on the southerly
lot line of said Lot 1 to the westerly lot corner common to Lots 1 and 5 of said Block 58;
Thence South 89°22'27" East, a distance of 76.19 feet on the lot line common to said Lots 1
and 5 to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
