LEGAL DESCRIPTION
A parcel of land situate in the Northwest Quarter of Section 8, Township 3 North, Range 1 East, Boise
Meridian, City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, described as follows:
COMMENCING at the center quarter corner of Section 8, Township 3 North, Range 1 East, Boise
Meridian, from which the west quarter corner of said Section 8 bears North 89°54’57” West, 2,649.69
feet; Thence North 00°30’07” East, 45.17 feet along the east line of said Northwest Quarter to the north
right-of-way line of E. Pine Avenue and the POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence S 89°53'43" W, 444.59 feet along said north right-of-way line;
Thence N 00°26'05" E, 27.86 feet departing from said north right-of-way line;
Thence N 89°54'00" E, 444.62 feet to said east line;
Thence S 00°30’07” W, 27.83 feet along said east line to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
TOGETHER WITH
That portion of the Northwest Quarter of Section 8, Township 3 North, Range 1 East, Boise Meridian,
City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, described as follows:

Records;
