SURVEY PURPOSE: To determine the boundaries of land as described in those
Warranty Deeds recorded under Instrument Numbers 2018-023497 and 107115423,
Ada County Records, and to monument the adjustment of interior property lines of
said Warranty Deeds.
DOCUMENTS USED: See Reference Documents below.
BOUNDARY CONTROLLED BY: The south boundary is controlled by the north
right-of-way line of E. Pine Avenue. The east boundary is controlled by the
line of the Northwest Quarter of Section 8, Township 3 North, Range 1 East,
Boise Meridian. The westerly boundary and the north boundary are controlled
by the lands of Ada County Highway District as described in that Warranty
Deed recorded under Instrument No. 2019-037535, Ada County Records.
