RE: Pine 43 Development | Property Boundary Adjustment
We are pleased to submit a Property Boundary Adjustment application to the City of Meridian for parcel numbers S1108244531 and S1108244600, located northeast of the roundabout on E Pine
Ave., Meridian, ID. The application proposes to adjust the north and south property lines of parcel number S1108244531, this will allow for easier development of both parcels and will
also give parcel S1108244600 direct access to both Pine Ave and E State Ave.
