Boise Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, as shown on the Rockbury North Subdivision Plat, Recorded in Book
117, Page 17775, records of Ada County, more particularly described as follows.
BEGINNING at the Northwesterly corner of Parcel 8, Block 1 of Rockbury North Subdivision
monumented by a found 5/8-inch rebar with cap stamped "PLS 8575", thence North 60°39'40" East,
33.00 feet to a set 5/8-inch rebar with cap stamped "PLS 8575";
Thence South 29020'20" East, 96.50 feet to a found 5/8-inch rebar with cap stamped "PLS 8575";
Thence along the arc of a non -tangent curve to the right 34.36 feet, having a radius of 70.00 feet, a
central angle of 28°07'37" and subtended by a chord bearing South 74°43'29" West, 34.02 feet to a
found 1/2-inch rebar with cap stamped "PLS 8575";
Thence North 29020'20" West, 88.23 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Containing 3,095 square feet or 0.071 acres, more or less
