8, Block 1 Rockbury North Subdivision, Recorded in Book 117, Pages 17775-17779, situated in the
Southeast 114 of the Southwest 114 of Section 22, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian,
Ada County, Idaho, more particularly described as follows.
BEGINNING at the Northwesterly corner of Lot 8 monumented by a found 5/8-inch rebar with cap
stamped "PLS 8575", thence North 60°39'40" East, 33.00 feet to a set 5/8-inch rebar with cap stamped
"PLS 8575";
Thence South 29°20'20" East, 96.50 feet to a found 5/8-inch rebar with cap stamped "PLS 8575";
Thence along the arc of a non -tangent curve to the right 34.36 feet, having a radius of 70.00 feet, a
central angle of 28'07'37" and subtended by a chord bearing South 74°43'29" West, 34.02 feet to a
