as described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.

Ada County, Idaho, more particularly described as follows.
COMMENCING at the Northwesterly corner of Parcel 8, Block 1 of Rockbury North Subdivision
monumented by a set 5/8-inch rebar with cap stamped "PLS 8575", thence North 60°39'40" East, 97.00
