Southeast 114 of the Southwest 114 of Section 2Z Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian,
Ada County, Idaho, more particularly described as follows.
COMMENCING at the Northwesterly corner of Parcel 8, Block 1 of Rockbury North Subdivision
monumented by a found 5/8-inch rebar with cap stamped "PLS 8575", thence North 60°39'40" East,
