117, Page 17775, records of Ada County, more particularly described as follows.
COMMENCING at the Northeasterly corner of Parcel 26-P, Block 1 of Rockbury North Subdivision
monumented by a found 5/8-inch rebar with cap stamped "PLS 8575, Thence South 01°27'21" East,
152.26 feet; to a found 5/8-inch rebar with cap stamped "PLS 8575", thence along the arc a curve to
the left 14.52 feet, having a radius of 227.50 feet, a central angle of 03°39'28" and subtended by a
chord bearing South 03°17'05" East, 14.52 feet, to a set 5/8-inch rebar with cap stamped "PLS 8575"
the POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence along the arc of a curve to the left 33.34 feet, having a radius of 227.50 feet, a delta angle of
08'23'50" and subtended by a chord bearing South 09°18'44" East, 33.31 feet, to a set Copper Cap
stamped "PLS 8575";
Thence South 88°32'39" West, 102.34 feet, to a set 1/2-inch rebar with cap stamped "PLS 8575";
Thence along the arc of a non -tangent curve to the left 9.67 feet, having a radius of 56.50 feet, a
central angle of 09°48'22" and subtended by a chord bearing North 03°26'50" East, 9.66 feet, to a
found 5/8-inch rebar with cap stamped "PLS 8575";
Thence North 01*27'21" West, 23.38 feet to a set 1/2-inch rebar with cap stamped "PLS 8575";
Thence North 88°32'39" East, 96.96 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
