117, Page 17775, records of Ada County, more particularly described as follows.
COMMENCING at the Northeasterly corner of Parcel 26-P, Block 1 of Rockbury North Subdivision
monumented by a found 5/8-inch rebar with cap stamped "PLS 8575", thence South 01°27'21" East,
123.77 feet to a set Copper Cap stamped "PLS 8575", the POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence continuing South 01°27'21" East, 28.49 feet to a found 5/8-inch rebar with cap stamped "PLS
8575";
Thence along the arc a curve to the left 14.52 feet, having a radius of 227.50 feet, a central angle of
03°39'28" and subtended by a chord bearing South 03°17'05" East, 14.52 feet, to a set 5/8-inch rebar
with cap stamped "PLS 8575";
Thence South 88°32'39" West, 96.96 feet, to a set 1/2-inch rebar with cap stamped "PLS 8575";
Thence North 01'27'21" West, 43.00 feet, to a set 1/2-inch rebar with cap stamped "PLS 8575";
Thence North 88°32'39" East, 96.50 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
