RE: PROPERTY BOUNDARY ADJUSTMENT
To whom it may concern,
Using the City of Meridian Property Boundary Adjustment process, we would like to modify Lots 26-34
of the Rockbury North Subdivision, recorded in Book 117 at Pages 17775-17779.
To accommodate the layout of different townhome configurations from what was planned, we would
like to reorient the lots to be square to the N. Asissi Lane. We would also like to reduce the number of
lots by one and eliminate lot 30. We are requesting the City of Meridian permit us to do a property
boundary adjustment creating the four parcels as indicated.
