Southeast 114 of the Southwest 114 of Section 22, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian,
Ada County, Idaho, more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of Parcel 34-P, Block 1 of Rockbury North Subdivision
monumented by a found 5/8-inch rebar with cap stamped "PLS 8575;
Thence North 11°39'32" West, 95.96 feet, to a found 1/2-inch rebar with cap stamped "PLS 8575"
