32&33, Block 1 Rockbury North Subdivision, Recorded in Book 117, Pages 17775-17779, situated in the
Southeast 114 of the Southwest 114 of Section 22, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian,
Ada County, Idaho, more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the Southwest corner of Parcel 34-P, Block 1 of Rockbury North Subdivision
monumented by a found 5/8-inch rebar with cap stamped "PLS 8575, thence North 11'39'32" West,
95.96 feet; to a found 1/2-inch rebar with cap stamped "PLS 8575", thence along the arc of a non -
tangent curve to the left 18.99 feet, having a radius of 56.50 feet, a central angle of 19°15'30" and
subtended by a chord bearing North 68°42'44" East, 18.90 feet, to a set 1/2-inch rebar with cap
stamped "PLS 8575", the POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence along the arc of a non -tangent curve to the left 32.05 feet, having a radius of 56.50 feet, a
central angle of 32°30'23" and subtended by a chord bearing North 42°49'47" East, 31.63 feet, to a set
1/2-inch rebar with cap stamped "PLS 8575")-
Thence South 65°21'44" East, 112.01 feet, to a set 5/8-inch rebar with cap stamped "PLS 8575";
