Southeast 114 of the Southwest 114 of Section 22, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian,
Ada County, Idaho, more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the Southwest corner of Parcel 34-P, Block 1 of Rockbury North Subdivision
monumented by a found 5/8-inch rebar with cap stamped "PLS 8575, thence North 11°39'32" West,
95.96 feet; to a found 1/2-inch rebar with cap stamped "PLS 8575", thence along the arc of a non -
tangent curve to the left 51.04 feet, having a radius of 56.50 feet, a central angle of 51°45'53" and
subtended by a chord bearing North 52'27'32" East, 49.33 feet to a set 1/2-inch rebar with cap
stamped "PLS 8575", the POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence along the arc of a non -tangent curve to the left 17.97 feet, having a radius of 56.50 feet, a
