Southeast 114 of the Southwest 114 of Section 22, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian,
Ada County, Idaho, more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the Northeasterly corner of Parcel P26 monumented by a found 5/8-inch rebar with
cap stamped "PLS 8575", thence South 01°27'21" East, 123.77 feet to a set Copper Cap stamped "PLS
8575", the POINT OF BEGINNING;
